This 60 acre site is strategically located close to the existing motorway network of the M54 and M6 and committed future strategic infrastructure upgrades and improvements.

Following the signing of a Promotion Agreement with the Landowners, Land Project UK Limited have undertaken a number of technical and feasibility studies in respect of the site. Land Project UK Limited consider that the opportunity exists to create a market leading, exemplar sustainable logistics scheme of over 750,00 sq ft on the site.

Land Project UK Limited continue to positively engage in the Local Plan process and hope to successfully promote the site to achieve an allocation in 2026.
