Silverstone

Land Project UK’s founders were the principals and client for the Copse Consortium which won the bid to purchase a long lease over the Silverstone estate in 2011.

The hallenge was to create a commercially viable masterplan for the estate focused on new leisure, industrial and logistics uses. The planning permission that the Freehold Owner had obtained needed to be amended and a new vision and business plan created which would be acceptable to the Owner and to the Local Authorities.

This was the masterplan that was selected out of several bidders for the long lease.

The winning bid was achieved though the execution of a clear vision and the management of a large multi disciplinary group of advisors and operators to deliver a complex solution to an operational and land development problem that had proved to be a major challenge for decades.
