Landowner

will provide the land upon which a change of use will be sought.

LandProject UK

provide financial resources, and through the engagement of professional consultant teams ensure the successful implementation of a planning strategy to secure future value for the site.

Landowner = LandLand Project UK = Funding

Everything is governed by a legal Land Promotion Agreement between the landowner and Land Projects UK which ensures that the focus is on delivering the maximum land value and an environmentally and socially sustainable development. Below is a step by step guide how this process works.

Step 1

Site Assessment

Each site is carefully assessed in terms of the likelihood of being able to achieve planning permission for a change of use and the value that this may create.

Step 2

Planning Strategy and Budget

As appropriate a detailed planning strategy is established including timescales and costs.

Step 3

Enter into Promotion Agreement with Landowner

Terms are agreed with the Landowner and a legal agreement signed.

Step 4

Team of Experts

Bring together a team of relevant experts to implement the agreed strategy and engage with the local authority and other key stakeholders.

Step 5

Implementation of Planning Strategy

The planning strategy is implemented and, if required, updated as the process advances and feedback is obtained.

Step 6

Consent and Land Marketing Strategy

Upon receipt of a planning permission the land owner, Land Project UK and CBRE will agree the best strategy for marketing and selling the consented land.

Step 7

Land Sale

The land is sold to maximise the price achievable.

Delivering Value

Land Project UK is delighted to have teamed up with CBRE to obtain valuable planning consents for our landowner partners. We believe that there is a great opportunity to release value from land by securing consent for logistics and warehouse facilities in response to the continued growth in e-commerce and the resultant need for millions of square feet of new buildings.
