CBRE are advising St Modwen on the delivery of a new 50,000sqm logistics park on the A38, located on the southern edge of Lichfield.

Our role includes providing advice on the overall planning strategy for the site, which forms part of a wider mixed use residential development being led by Persimmon. This has included engagement with Highways England to address highways capacity and safety considerations relating to the nearby junction with the A38.

In addition to advising on a current outline planning application for the site, we have secured detailed planning permission for the access into the logistics park from London Road and are progressing a detailed application for the first phases of the employment development.
